Our care concept

Every patient has different competences, resources and individual strategies for dealing with their illness. The aim of our work is to accompany and support you individually, professionally and humanely on your path to recovery or even in the event of death. We therefore orientate our care towards your needs, promote your everyday skills and advise you and your relatives. In doing so, we not only take physical aspects into account, but also include psychological and social factors.

    Nursing quality

    • Use of qualified nursing staff
    • Structured induction programme for new employees
    • Regularly updated care standards
    • Personnel development (including further and advanced training of employees)
    • Practical training according to a standardised concept

    Individualised care

    • Nursing admission interview to record care needs
    • Personalised planning of the care measures required to restore the patient's health, support in coping with illness and assistance in the event of death
    • Advice on health-conscious behaviour
    • Organisation of further measures
    • Involvement of other services, especially in preparation for the time after hospitalisation

    Quality assurance

    • Regular quality checks within nursing care, including feedback to the departments
    • Definition of standardised quality targets

Working together as colleagues - across wards and departments - enables us to work in a familiar atmosphere. We would like to maintain this with a full nursing staffing plan.

We therefore welcome any interested carer who would like to get to know and support our team.

We not only care for our patients, but also for the well-being of our employees. In order to relieve the nursing staff on the wards, numerous concepts have already been implemented in recent years to create a working environment that focuses on patient care:

    • Jumper pool for qualified and non-qualified nursing staff (individualised working hours)

    • Incentive system for additional services performed (additional remuneration)

    • Service staff on every ward

    • Patient transport service

    • Pre-operative preparation of elective patients

    • Pre-operative preparation of elective patients on admission on the day of surgery

    • Food recording and supply by kitchen staff (7 days a week)

    • Digital patient file

    • Deployment of volunteers on the ward

    • Simplified ordering procedure through modular system
